Acceptable Stay Needs Updates
dirty carpet old furniture
The room smelled bad the carpet seemed dirty. The furniture felt old. My daughter and I experienced allergy issues . I think the proximity to the parks does not justify the price. One can find better options elsewhere cleaner and cheaper.

The pool area was nice. There was a DJ and plenty of space.
I found the room needed updating. The bathroom had a shower curtain and old fixtures. The air conditioning was way too strong in the hotel. I was cold all the time.

rockin' stay!
express passes park proximity room cleanliness diverse dining
i found the express passes included with the room to be valuable. they allowed quicker access to many attractions. the hotel's proximity to the parks made visits very convenient. the cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. dining options on-site were diverse and satisfied various tastes.
The hallway carpets showed some wear. I noticed a few stains that detracted slightly from the otherwise pristine environment.

Excellent Stay Near the Parks
water taxi express pass friendly staff
The water taxi service was quick and convenient. It provided easy access to the parks in a short ride. Express Passes came with the room and were a huge benefit. They significantly reduced wait times at the popular attractions. The staff members were friendly. They provided good service .
There were building works during the day. This caused noticeable noise in the room.

The all you can eat buffet had many options. Monkey bread stood out as a highlight. The pool bar served good snacks and drinks. Kids' portions were very large.

dusty areas small bathroom
the location to the parks was acceptable, making it easy to get to universal studios.
the room felt a bit dirty, a noticeable amount of dust was present in hard-to-reach areas such as the sides of the nightstand. the bathroom was small for a family room. noise from the connecting door was audible, i could hear a child crying in the adjacent room.

Rockin' Stay!
quick walk fun pool useful pass helpful staff
I loved the proximity to the parks! A quick walk made park visits easy. The pool area was fun. Music played underwater! The inclusion of the express pass was very useful, saving us lots of time in lines. I found the staff very efficient and helpful .
I noticed some slight wear in the guest room. It would benefit from some updates!

The pool area featured music under water! I found razors and mouthwash available in the shower room near the pool. It was a nice surprise. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

convenient location express passes great atmosphere
I found the hotel's location convenient as it provided easy access to the parks. The unlimited express passes were a significant advantage. The pool area created a great atmosphere with music played throughout the day. I appreciated having a comfortable room meeting my needs.
